Service Level Agreement (SLA) Between Anata.ng and Vendor

This Service Level Agreement (SLA) is made between Anata.ng (hereinafter referred to as "Anata") and the Vendor (hereinafter referred to as "Vendor") for the purpose of defining the terms and conditions of the partnership between the parties.

  1. Introduction

- Purpose: This SLA outlines the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of both Anata and the Vendor to ensure a successful partnership.

- Scope: This agreement applies to all products sold by the Vendor on the Anata.ng marketplace.

2. Responsibilities of Anata.ng

- Advertisement: Anata will conduct online and offline advertisements to drive traffic to Anata.ng, increasing visibility and sales opportunities for vendors.

- Registration: Anata will not charge any fees for vendor registration on the platform.

-Category-Based Commission: Anata.ng will charge the following commissions based on the product category, excluding the 7.5% VAT:
- Phone & Tablet: 8%
- Supermarket & Groceries: 5%
- Health & Beauty: 12%
- Home & Office: 10%
- Men's Fashion: 15%
- Women's Fashion: 15%
- Home Appliances & Electronics: 7%
- Gaming: 10%
- Power (e.g., batteries, chargers): 8%
- Computing: 10%
- Baby Products: 10%

-Payment Before Delivery: Anata requires payment before delivery to ensure order validity and minimize the risk of spam and prank orders.

-Product Returns: If the customer is unreachable or rejects the product, Anata will return it to the Vendor. If the customer does not like the item, Anata will refund the customer and return the item to the Vendor promptly.

3. Responsibilities of the Vendor

- Product Availability: The Vendor shall ensure that products are available for sale on Anata.ng and that prices are current.

- Product Accuracy: The Vendor shall ensure that the products listed on Anata.ng match the actual items delivered to customers.

- Product Updates: The Vendor shall keep their product listings on Anata.ng updated.

4. Responsibilities of the Vendor

- Termination by Vendor: If the Vendor disagrees with the terms of this agreement, they may notify Anata.ng to terminate the agreement.

- Communication of Changes: Anata.ng will keep the Vendor informed of any changes or developments regarding their involvement in the agreement.

This SLA shall remain in effect unless terminated by either party.

 

5. VAT and Pricing

- VAT Inclusion: The Vendor shall include a 7.5% VAT in the price before listing products on Anata.ng. For example, if a product is priced at N10,000, the Vendor must add 7.5% VAT (N750), making the total listing price N10,750.

- Commission and VAT Deduction: The commission charged by Anata.ng will be calculated on the product price, including VAT. For instance, if the listed price is N10,750 (including VAT), Anata will deduct the applicable commission plus the 7.5% VAT already included by the Vendor. The VAT will be remitted to the Federal Government by Anata.ng.
